Hose Circular Loom

The circular loom produced by our company is a multi-functional circular loom for the production of fire hose and agricultural irrigation hose, etc., which is a new generation of equipment that replaces the traditional circular loom. Compared with a traditional loom, the production speed can be maximized. up to 100-200 rpm with 50% more output, and 50% electrical energy saving and labour saving. The circular loom is fed with PP/PE/polyester twisted yarn as warp and weft, weaving to produce a small diameter circular tubular hose. In the weaving process, according to the different needs of users for hose size, specifications, and output, the PE inner film is inserted and lined in the circular tubular hose to weave and rewind together.
