How do I choose between the NY-SLJ-70, -80, and -90 models?

The main differences are output and die width: NY-SLJ-70: 1,200 kg/day with 600 mm die; NY-SLJ-80: 2,000 kg/day with 800 mm die; NY-SLJ-90: 3,000 kg/day with 1,000 mm die. Select based on your daily output target and required tape width.

What is the L/D ratio and what fibre types can this extruder produce?

All three models feature a 33:1 L/D ratio and are compatible with PP/PE/HDPE film, split film, raffia twine, and flat tape. The 33:1 screw provides sufficient residence time for uniform melting of polyolefin raffia grades.

What is the power consumption of the PP raffia extruder?
