The NY-FM105/1000 is designed for extrusion coating and lamination applications involving PP woven fabric. It uses molten PP/PE material to apply a coating to the fabric surface and can also laminate suitable printed paper, OPP or CPP film onto PP woven or nonwoven substrates.
The machine features automatic temperature control and adjustable coating or laminating width. It is suitable for manufacturers producing coated or laminated packaging materials, including woven bag substrates. Final configuration depends on the required substrate, coating thickness, working width and finished material structure.
Before selecting a machine, confirm the substrate combination, required coating weight or thickness, working width, target line speed and whether the process requires direct extrusion coating, film lamination or both.
